Africa Leadership & Development Fellows Program

LADA is a transformative 12-month leadership journey jointly administered by ICY Africa, Africa for SDGs, and ICY International Ministries (UK), designed to equip young people to become purpose-driven, transformed leaders. Rooted in disciple-making and transformative faith, the programme nurtures character, vision, and practical skills for sustainable community impact.

Junior Leaders Program

The ICY Junior Leaders Program (JLP) is a nine-month program for Primary and high school students who are interested in acquiring essential leadership skills and increasing civic engagement.

Women L.I.F.E Program

The Women LIFE Program is a transformational initiative focused on empowering women across Kenya through leadership development, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, innovation skills, and community engagement.
